“Avoid avoid avoid! Tour was a no show! Shortly after the schedule pick up time of 9am I called the number on my booking voucher (the voucher only issued when a tour is booked and PAID for). They said they had no details of my booking! They said nothing they could do and a full refund would be given. No apology or suggestion of an alternative for that day only another day. Given we only had a long weekend and it was our last full day that was not possible. If you are refunding you have the details!!! The biggest issue was the waste of our time. At this point…”
